data-based Inference Lesson

 

This is a 4th grade reading lesson that targets the student's ability to use inference to support reading comprehension. This is an example of using data to guide library instruction. I analyzed SOL reading test data and interviewed teachers to determine the student objectives that should be targeted for extra support through focused library lessons.
